3 things I wouldn’t do when it comes to skin care- and you shouldn’t either!

Never skip retinol
Never use hot water on your face
Never skip SPF

- you need to stimulate your cell turnover with retinol this helps to improve the function and health of your skin. If you have a hard time with this I can help you find a better formula that your skin will jive with.

- hot water feels amazing, I get it. But your skin is delicate. We need to keep it calm, cool and hydrated. Hot water can be stripping and too harsh.

-SPF- is not just for the beach or vacation it should be worn every day no matter what. It is shielding your skin from environmental damage and pollutants. Don’t underestimate the power of UV damage how rapidly it can age you. Also… skin cancer does not discriminate.

Sitting here, reflecting on every twist, turn, win, loss, and unexpected detour—I’m amazed at how perfectly everything has led me exactly where I’m meant to be. Every moment, even when I didn’t understand it at the time, was shaping me, strengthening me, preparing me for what’s next.

Feeling incredibly blessed, grateful, and genuinely happy about the journey, the growth, and the person I’ve become along the way.
